MORTGAGE DEEDS. 16.1 The Servicer shall or, as the case may be, shall procure that the Transferor shall keep the relevant Mortgage Deeds, the relevant Insurance Policies and any other documents specifically relating to the Relevant Mortgage Loans in safe custody and shall not without the prior written consent of the Security Trustee and the CBC part with possession, custody or control of them otherwise than to a sub-agent or sub-servicer appointed pursuant to Clause 3.4 above or to a lawyer or a civil law notary for the purposes of the redemption of Mortgage Loans.

MORTGAGE DEEDS. 14.1 Each Administrator shall keep the Mortgage Deeds and the Insurance Contracts in safe custody to the order of the Issuer and the Trustee and shall not without the prior written consent of the Trustee and the Issuer part with possession, custody or control of them otherwise than to a sub-contractor or delegate appointed pursuant to Clause 4.3 (Sub- contracts) or to a solicitor, licensed or qualified conveyancer or authorised practitioner subject to the usual undertaking or to the Land Registry or for the purposes of the redemption of Mortgages subject to the conditions of Clause 9 (Redemption of Mortgages).
