Common use of More Than 4 Months Clause in Contracts

More Than 4 Months. i) Vacancies that still exist at the end of the four continuous months’ period, or that are known to last more than four (4) continuous months, must be posted and filled in accordance with the seniority provisions of this Collective Agreement. Where there is more than 1 temporary vacancy in any job, the posting shall show the number of vacancies.
