Consecutive Shifts (a) The Employer will endeavour, where possible, to provide that no Employee is scheduled to work more than seven (7) consecutive days in a two (2) week period. Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.
Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date.
