MONEYS PAYABLE. All sums of money which become payable to KBHCCD under this Agreement shall be payable to Spectra Venue Management, on behalf of the City of Dallas, at KBHCCD in the City of Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. User acknowledges the importance of making prompt payment of all sums of money due to KBHCCD and agrees to pay to KBHCCD interest on any late payments at an annual interest rate equal to the lesser of 18% or the maximum non-usurious interest rate permitted by law. Acceptance by KBHCCD of payment at later times or at any other places than herein stated under other similar agreements, no matter how many times repeated, shall not prevent KBHCCD without demand or notice from requiring strict compliance with the provisions hereof for the date and place of payment.

  • NO GOVERNMENT OBLIGATION TO THIRD PARTIES (1) The Department and Contractor acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any concurrence by the Federal Government in or approval of the solicitation or award of the underlying contract, absent the express written consent by the Federal Government, the Federal Government is not a party to this contract and shall not be subject to any obligations or liabilities to the Department, Contractor, or any other party (whether or not a party to that contract) pertaining to any matter resulting from the underlying contract.

  • Our Right to Make Payments and Recover Overpayments If payments which should have been made by us according to this provision have actually been made by another organization, we have the right to pay those organizations the amounts we decide are necessary to satisfy the rules of this provision.   • Local Church’s Payment Obligations At Closing or otherwise prior to or on the Disaffiliation Date, Local Church shall pay to the Annual Conference, in a manner specified by Annual Conference, the following:

  • Amounts Payable (a) AHS shall pay the Operator for the Services provided at the Facility during the Term in accordance with this Agreement based on the provisions in Schedule “B”. The parties acknowledge that the Service Fees do not represent payment for any surgical services provided by Physicians that can be billed by such Physicians directly to Alberta Health and further acknowledge that AHS is not by this Agreement undertaking any liability or responsibility for the payment for professional surgical services rendered at the Facility apart from the amounts described in Schedule “B”.

  • STUDENT OBLIGATIONS The student agrees to use the property as his or her personal residence.   • PROCUREMENT OBLIGATIONS Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Part B, where in this Part B the Customer accepts an obligation to procure that a Former Supplier does or does not do something, such obligation shall be limited so that it extends only to the extent that the Customer's contract with the Former Supplier contains a contractual right in that regard which the Customer may enforce, or otherwise so that it requires only that the Customer must use reasonable endeavours to procure that the Former Supplier does or does not act accordingly.
