Common use of Modified Work Clause in Contracts

Modified Work. N-1 (a) The Hospital will notify the Bargaining Unit President of the names of all nurses who go off work due to a work related injury/illness, for which there is a WSIB claim on file, or when a nurse goes on LTD. The Hospital shall provide to the Union at the beginning of each month a list of all employees currently on modified work programs.
