Common use of Modified Work Clause in Contracts

Modified Work. In order to facilitate a safe return to work, in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the Ontario Human Rights Code, the collective agreement and other applicable legislation, the parties will endeavour to provide fair and consistent practices to accommodate employees who are ill, injured or permanently disabled.
