Modified Program. Modified Program shall mean the Program, as ---------------- specifically modified in accordance with the specifications set forth in Exhibit A-2 of this Agreement.
Modified Program. The Parties agree to modify the ED Summer Incentive to focus funding on specific needs. HFO will restrict access to the Summer Incentive to the highest need hospitals (i.e. some 30 or more EDs). These could include: • Rural Northern Physician Group Arrangement (RNPGA) hospitals with 2 physicians and 24-hour emergency coverage; • Emergency Department Coverage Demonstration Project (EDCDP), participating hospitals; • EDCDP Regional Referral Centres; and • If necessary, other hospitals based on a timely assessment of need.
Modified Program. After completion of the initial year of the Initial ---------------- Term, Client shall have an option to convert the Program to the Modified Program described in Exhibit A-2 of this Agreement. Client shall exercise this option by providing Aegis with ninety (90) days notice of its intention to begin administration of the Modified Program. In the event that Client exercises this option, Aegis agrees to provide software and other Program, and Modified Program, support to Client under the terms and conditions, and at a price, to be mutually agreed upon by Client and Aegis.

  • Commercialization Plan On a Product by Product basis, not later than sixty (60) days after the filing of the first application for Regulatory Approval of a Product in the Copromotion Territory, the MSC shall prepare and approve a rolling multiyear (not less than three (3) years) plan for Commercializing such Product in the Copromotion Territory (the "Copromotion Territory Commercialization Plan"), which plan includes a comprehensive market development, marketing, sales, supply and distribution strategy for such Product in the Copromotion Territory. The Copromotion Territory Commercialization Plan shall be updated by the MSC at least once each calendar year such that it addresses no less than the three (3) upcoming years. Not later than thirty (30) days after the filing of the first application for Regulatory Approval of a Product in the Copromotion Territory and thereafter on or before September 30 of each calendar year, the MSC shall prepare an annual commercialization plan and budget (the "Annual Commercialization Plan and Budget"), which plan is based on the then current Copromotion Territory Commercialization Plan and includes a comprehensive market development, marketing, sales, supply and distribution strategy, including an overall budget for anticipated marketing, promotion and sales efforts in the upcoming calendar year (the first such Annual Development Plan and Budget shall cover the remainder of the calendar year in which such Product is anticipated to be approved plus the first full calendar year thereafter). The Annual Commercialization Plan and Budget will specify which Target Markets and distribution channels each Party shall devote its respective Promotion efforts towards, the personnel and other resources to be devoted by each Party to such efforts, the number and positioning of Details to be performed by each Party, as well as market and sales forecasts and related operating expenses, for the Product in each country of the Copromotion Territory, and budgets for projected Pre-Marketing Expenses, Sales and Marketing Expenses and Post-Approval Research and Regulatory Expenses. In preparing and updating the Copromotion Territory Commercialization Plan and each Annual Commercialization Plan and Budget, the MSC will take into consideration factors such as market conditions, regulatory issues and competition.

  • Marketing Plan The MCOP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM including all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCOP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCOP that the plan is accurate and is not intended to mislead, confuse, or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.

  • Modified Work Program The Employer shall provide modified work for any employee injured on the job as per the requirements of the Workers’ Safety and Insurance Board. The employee must co-operate in developing and participating in, a modified work program suited to his capabilities, and with the approval of his physician and/or the WSIB. Both the Employer and the employee shall work together to return the employee to good health and his regular duties.
