Modifications to the Buses. The Operator shall not carry out any material modifications to a Bus save and except where such modifications are necessary for the Bus to operate in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, Maintenance Obligations, Good Industry Practice and Applicable Laws; provided that the Operator shall notify the Authority of the proposed modifications along with particulars thereof at least 15 (fifteen) days before commencing work on such modifications and shall reasonably consider any suggestions that the Authority may make within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the Operator’s proposal. For the avoidance of doubt, all modifications made hereunder shall comply with the Specifications and Standards, Applicable Laws, Good Industry Practice and the provisions of this Agreement.

  • INTEGRATIONS & MODIFICATIONS This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties. Except as identified in this Agreement, there are no other prior written agreements and no prior or contemporaneous oral agreements that are a part of this Agreement. No modification to this Agreement shall be valid, unless in writing and executed by both parties.
