Proposed Modifications definition

Proposed Modifications. Any modifications to the Schedule of Work that is agreed in writing by both parties. Statement of Work: the work to be conducted by the Company as set out at Schedule 1. Services: the services supplied by the Company to the Customer as set out in the Statement of Work. UK Data Protection Legislation: any data protection legislation from time to time in force in the UK including the Data Protection Act 1998 or 2018 or any successor legislation. Work Commencement Date: being the date set out in the Statement of Work that the Company shall commence the Services at the Customer’s premises.
Proposed Modifications has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20.

Related to Proposed Modifications

  • Permitted Modifications As defined in Section 2.02(a) of the Servicing Agreement.
