Modification of MOU. This MOU may only be modified by the written mutual agreement of the Parties duly signed by their authorized representatives. This MOU will be reviewed annually on or around the anniversary of its effective date for progress in planning, implementing, and evaluating the success of projects undertaken as a result of this MOU.

Both LADWP and the LADWP Neighborhood Councils’ Oversight Committee agree to meet with each other within sixty days (60) after a modification to this MOU has been requested in writing.

However, no alternation or variation of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by the parties hereto. No oral understanding or agreement not incorporated herein shall be binding on any of the parties hereto.
