Miscellaneous Sale Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Company is hereby authorized to sell up to one-hundred (100%) percent of its fifty-five (55%) percent ownership, representing 55 votes at not less than the pro rata share of the capital value of the company, so long as no individual or entity purchases more than forty-five (45) of the Company’s fifty-five (55) votes, representing no more than forty-five (45%) percent ownership interest in the Company.
