Miscellaneous - Drivers Rights. 1. Committee for assignment of new buses to drivers. There shall be established a joint committee consisting of two management representatives and two union representatives who will meet within sixty (60) days of execution of this Agreement for the purpose of establishing procedures for the assignment of new buses to drive. Should the committee be unable to agree as to the process and method by which new buses should be assigned, the employer will make the assignment.
