Minimum Work Week. (a) Each individual Employee may have a different and distinct work week. The Employee’s work week begins on the first day worked, unless the fractional work week is utilized in order to match the Employee’s schedule with the work unit’s work week. A "work unit" means a first unit, second unit, splinter unit, or any identifiable group of Employees working together within the Employer's productions. (b) The regular work week shall consist of any five (5) consecutive days out of any seven (7) consecutive days starting on the first of such five (5) days. The sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) days shall normally be the days off. (c) The Employer shall not lay off and rehire the same Employee within the same work week for the sole purpose of avoiding premium pay. (d) No Employee shall be entitled to bump another Employee in order to receive premium pay. (e) Once every six (6) shooting weeks, and in the case of episodic television, once between hiatus periods (i.e., between the commencement or resumption of production and a cessation of principal photography for the series for at least one week), or more frequently where agreed by the Employer and Union, the Employer may shift the work week without penalty by doing the following: (i) shift the work week forward by adding one or two additional days off from the regular work week and begin the shifted work week on the following day, and (ii) shift the work week back: (A) by one day, by changing the seventh day of the regular work week to the first day of the shifted work week, provided that the sixth day of the regular work week is a day off and provided that the thirty-four (34) hour rest period applies; (B) by two days, by making the preceding work week a prorated four day work week, giving the fifth day off, and making the sixth day the first day of the shifted work week, provided that the thirty-four
Minimum Work Week. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to be a guarantee of a minimum work week for any employee.

Minimum Work Week. All TFW Employees shall be scheduled by seniority for at least the minimum number of hours required pursuant to their TFW Contract, and no less than thirty (30) hours and no greater than sixty (60) hours per week. If the Employer does not schedule TFW Employees for this minimum requirement, the TFW Employee will still be paid for the minimum number of hours required by the TFW Contract. TFW Employees may be scheduled for up to six (6) days of work per week in accordance with their TFW Contracts. All Employees who are not TFW Employees will be scheduled based on availability of work and in accordance with their seniority for their position. Employees shall be scheduled based on their job classifications as outlined in APPENDIX B. Employees may request an alternative schedule to the hours schedule, and this alternative schedule may be approved by the Employer subject to operational needs. For Non-Agricultural workers, Employees will be scheduled for up to forty (40) hours per week unless the Employee and the Employer have mutually agreed that the Employee will only be available on a reduced-hours basis, in which case those Employees will be scheduled up to the maximum number of hours it has been agreed they will be available each week. If there is insufficient work to provide all Non-Agricultural Employees with forty (40) hours per week (or the maximum number of hours agreed upon by the Employee and Employer) then the Employer shall schedule hours on the basis of seniority, subject to the Employee being qualified to perform the work and shift scheduling requirements. Agricultural Workers may be scheduled up to six (6) days per week subject to harvesting requirements.
Minimum Work Week. For Clinicians confirmed for eight, 10 or any combination of eight, 10 and 12 hour shifts, Client will provide Clinicians a minimum of 35 scheduled hours per week. The guaranteed minimum work week calculation includes regular and overtime hours worked but does not include any “on-call” time. The guaranteed minimum work week applies to all work weeks, including weeks during which orientation is provided. However, the guaranteed minimum work week does not apply to weeks with Holidays or weeks during which there are scheduled closures for all or any portion of such week, in accordance with the official school district calendar. Should Client not provide a Clinician the minimum hours, Client will be invoiced and shall pay the regular rate set forth in the applicable Service Line Exhibit for all hours below the minimum for such Clinician. In addition to the guaranteed minimum work week, Client shall provide the equivalent of one extra shift (of at least eight hours) every two work weeks for each Clinician.
Minimum Work Week. For all Providers, Client shall provide such Providers a guaranteed minimum of 48 scheduled hours per each weekly payroll period as mutually agreed by Client and ProLink. The guaranteed minimum work week applies to all work weeks, including weeks during which orientation is provided, weeks with holidays, and weeks during which there may be unit closures for all or any portion of such week. Should Client not provide the minimum guaranteed hours, Client will be invoiced and shall pay the applicable confirmed Rate for all hours below the minimum for such Provider. The calculation of the guaranteed minimum work week includes regular hours, call back hours, and overtime hours worked, but does not include any on-call time.
Minimum Work Week. For Assignments that are confirmed to have for eight, ten, or any combination of eight, ten, and twelve hour shifts, Client shall provide such Agency a minimum of 36 scheduled hours per each weekly payroll period for each Assigned Employee at his or her applicable rate above. For 12 hour shifts, Client shall provide Agency a minimum of 36 scheduled hours per each weekly payroll period for each Assigned Employee at his or her applicable rate above. This minimum work week applies to all work weeks, including but not limited to weeks where a unit may have a partial week closure. The calculation of the minimum work week includes all hours planned for each Assigned Employee except for On Call time. If Client cannot fill the minimum work week requirement, Client shall nonetheless pay Agency for the minimum. California Department of Public Health

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Basic Work Week ‌ a) The basic work week of an employee working full- time shall be forty (40) hours consisting of five eight hour days; b) Daily hours of work shall be consecutive with the exception of rest and meal periods. No split shifts shall be worked; c) Employees shall not work longer than their regular, scheduled work day, unless requested to do so by Management; in which event, additional time will be paid at applicable regular or overtime rates. Employees are required to leave the store as soon as it is reasonable to do so.

  • Standard Work Week (a) Except as provided below, the standard work week for Full-time Employees shall normally consist of 35 hours per week, which shall normally consist of 5 equal Shifts of 7 hours. (b) The standard work week for certain Full-time Employees, including but not limited to, technical Employees, shall normally consist of 37.5 hours per week, which shall normally consist of 5 equal Shifts of 7.5 hours.

  • Work Day and Work Week The normal work day shall consist of up to 8 hours of work within a 24-hour period. The normal work week shall consist of up to 40 hours of work within a 7-day period. The Employer may define the work week on an individual, department, shift or facility basis in accordance with Federal and State law.
