Screen Credit. Producer shall cause Completion Guarantor to be accorded credit as the Completion Guarantor of the Film in the Film’s end titles in all positive prints and reproductions thereof, all in a size and font equal to that most commonly utilized to accord other credits in the end credit crawl. Unless Completion Guarantor otherwise agrees in writing, the form of Completion Guarantor’s credit in the Film’s end titles shall be as follows: “Completion Guaranty provided by UniFi Completion Guarantors.” Producer’s inadvertent failure to provide the foregoing credit shall not be a breach hereof, provided if not unduly expensive, Producer shall use all reasonable efforts to prospectively cure such failure in all positive prints and reproductions of the Film created after Producer’s receipt of notice of such failure. Completion Guarantor shall not be entitled to injunctive or equitable relief in the event of a failure to accord the foregoing credit.
Screen Credit. If the Contractor’s Work(s) are used, the Contractor shall receive screen credit at the end of the Motion Picture, to read:
Screen Credit. The Company has the right, but is not obliged to accord the Contractor with credit on-screen or otherwise in connection with the Production and if such credit is accorded, all aspects thereof will be at the Company's discretion.
Screen Credit. Studio shall receive proper screen credit for any feature project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Credit should be listed as: “Filmed at Athena Studios, Emeryville, CA”. Credits may identify specific scene if additional studios were used during the filming.
Screen Credit. The Company shall accord the Contractor with credit on-screen or otherwise in connection with the Production.
Screen Credit. No casual or inadvertent failure by Employer to comply with the provisions of any credit obligations shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. Performer’s rights and remedies in the event of a failure or omission by Employer to provide Performer the screen credit on the Program indicated herein shall be limited to Performer’s rights, if any, to recover damages at law, but in no event shall Performer be entitled by reason of any such breach to terminate this Agreement or to enjoin or restrain the distribution or exhibition of the Program.
Screen Credit. The Employer agrees to give screen credit to General Teamsters, Local Union No. 362 on the motion picture, and every copy, version, reprint or reproduction, by displaying the logo of General Teamsters, Local Union No. 362, the artwork of which shall be provided to the Employer by the Union. Such screen credit shall be clear and distinct, and shall not be any smaller in size, nor of any less duration than any other labour organization. No casual or inadvertent failure by the Employer and no failure by any third party to provide such credit shall be considered a breach of this Agreement. Under no circumstances shall the Employer, or any third party, be required to recall materials.
