Minimum Scoring Hours. When the CBC engages Musicians for the production of music for a series, the following minimum number of scoring hours applies: Length Number of episodes Minimum Scoring hours required One half (½) hour 13 21 One (1) hour 13 40 Scoring requirements of fewer than thirteen (13) episodes will be pro rata and scheduled in not less than a three (3) hour session.

Minimum Scoring Hours. (a) Daytime Serials ⎯ The minimum scoring hours for a show which is first scored under this Agreement will be eighteen (18) hours per twenty-six (26) weeks for the first year of scoring. Thereafter there is no commitment of scoring hours for a particular show provided that at least $8,500 will be spent each year on new scoring for that show. Such amount may be applied against the annual commitment referred to in (1) above.

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • MINIMUM SHIFT 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.

  • Building Hours The specific hours at any individual building may vary according to the needs of the educational program of the School District. The specific hours for each building will be designated by the School District.

  • Minimum Call (a) Should an employee report for work on a regular scheduled basis and there is no work available, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay at their regular rate.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

  • TEACHING HOURS A. The teacher’s normal teaching hours in the secondary and elementary schools shall be as follows:

  • TRADING HOURS In accordance with the valid customs for trading Crypto Assets, there are no restrictions on trading hours in the Crypto Transactions at Trade Republic, except for blocking periods due to maintenance work. During the respective periods of maintenance work, trading of Crypto Assets is not possible. The maintenance periods are shown in the Application. Therefore, the Customer must be aware that trading cannot be guaranteed continuously. The trading hours with Crypto Assets have no influence on the trading hours of other asset classes at Trade Republic, which can be retrieved on the Trade Republic Website or in the Application.

  • Minimum Term Each Service will continue for its specified Minimum Term and thereafter for any Renewal Term(s) unless notice to terminate the Service is given in accordance with this Agreement.
