MINIMUM CONTRACT AMOUNT/MAXIMUM QUANTITY. The following minimum and maximum ordering obligation are anticipated for contract award under this solicitation/contract. Minimum Ordering Obligation: $100,000 Maximum Ordering Obligation: 47,580 Hours The Government has no obligation to issue Delivery Orders (DO’s) to the Contractor beyond the minimum ordering obligation specified above. The terms, conditions, clauses and provisions contained in this solicitation/contract shall be applicable to the contract and DO’s issued under this contract, unless otherwise specified by an individual DO. The terms and conditions provided within this document are intended to cover the various situations, which may occur during performance. Other terms and conditions may be specified in a DO that are applicable only to that particular DO, depending on the circumstances. PART I - SECTION C SCOPE OF WORK
C.1 SCOPE This Statement of Work (SOW) specifies the support and services required within the Engineering Development Services Navigation Team AJP-652 necessary to accomplish its mission. The Navigation Team requires the identified support and services in three areas: Local Area Augmentation System (LAAS); ▇▇▇▇▇ (including ▇▇▇▇▇-C and E-▇▇▇▇▇); and the Transponder Landing System (TLS). This SOW defines requirements, deliverables, schedule, and documentation required to support these areas. The Satellite Navigation support required is divided into three subtasks: Support the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of the Local Area Augmentation System (LAAS) Test Prototype (LTP), located at the FAA Technical Center. Support Standards evaluation, LAAS Contract evaluation, and System Design Approval (SDA) support of the GPS Local Area Augmentation System (LAAS). Support the evaluation of LAAS performance using data collected from the National Satellite Test Bed (NSTB) and Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS). Note that tasks may be assigned in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) Test and Evaluation (T&E) Process Guidelines, and other related guidelines as necessary. Locations The Contractor shall perform the work activities described in this SOW on-site at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Technical Center (WJHTC) and/or offsite as required.
