Common use of MINIMUM CALL-IN Clause in Contracts

MINIMUM CALL-IN. No employee shall be called in to work for less than four (4) hours in any one day. If no work, or insufficient work, is available, said employee will be paid the four (4) hours at his regular hourly rate of pay.

MINIMUM CALL-IN. 10.01 No employee shall be called in or requested to work for less than four (4) hours in any one (1) day. If no work, work or insufficient work, work is available, said employee will nevertheless be paid the four (4) hours at his regular or her appropriate hourly rate of pay.
