Common use of MINIMUM CALL-IN Clause in Contracts

MINIMUM CALL-IN. 11.01 No employee shall be scheduled and/or called in to work less than four (4) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee will be paid the four (4) hours at their regular hourly rate of pay.

MINIMUM CALL-IN. 11.01 13.01 No employee shall be scheduled and/or called in to work or scheduled to work for less than four three (43) hours in any one (1) shiftday. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee will be paid the four three (43) hours at their regular the appropriate hourly rate of pay..
