Minimum Call-In Time. Employees who have completed their work day and who have left their work site and who are then called back to work will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours or they will be granted a minimum of four (4) hours compensatory time. Such guaranteed minimum call in pay will not apply to an uninterrupted extension of the normal work day or where an employee is called in prior to the commencement of his or her normal work day and such call in work extends into the starting time of his or her next regularly scheduled work day.
