Method of Furnishing Electric. Current to the Demised Premises: Subject to the provisions of Section 44.03(d) hereof, Landlord shall furnish electricity to Tenant on a a “submetering” basis. On the Commencement Date, electricity will be furnished pursuant to Section 44.02(a).

  • Method of Communication Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all notices and communications hereunder shall be in writing, or by telephone subsequently confirmed in writing.
