Common use of Medical Staff Privileges Clause in Contracts

Medical Staff Privileges. Physician acknowledges and agrees that Physician's employment is expressly contingent upon Physician being granted appropriate continuous clinical privileges to provide services at the hospital or any other health care facilities to which he or she is assigned. If Physician is unable to receive or maintain those clinical privileges necessary to perform all material services of Physician under this Agreement at the hospital or other health care facilities for any reason whatsoever, whether or not those privileges are granted to other employees or contractors of the KTPA, Physician's employment under this Agreement shall be terminated.
