Medical Group Costs. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Medical Group shall pay all of the costs specified in this Section 5.7 (the "Medical Group Costs"). All Medical Group Costs shall be incurred in the name of the Medical Group, and not in the name of the Management Company, and shall be paid from an account of the Medical Group and not from any bank account of the Management Company.   • Medical Expenses 1. Employees exposed to hazardous physical, biological, or chemical agents shall be provided, at no cost to the employee, with medical examinations or evaluations required by VOSHA regulations. If there are no specific VOSHA regulations or standards for the agent in question, recommendations of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health or other generally recognized expert organization shall be used, as determined by the Commissioner of Health.

Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.

  • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.
