MEDIA INQUIRES AND APPEARANCES. Conveying an accurate, consistent, and positive public image is important to preserve the reputation of Tomorrow Energy and the value of the Business Opportunity. Tomorrow Energy’s corporate staff is trained in media relations and, accordingly, all TV, radio, and print media relations efforts are to be handled solely by Tomorrow Energy. Advocates are prohibited from initiating contact, issuing statements, making appearances, or conducting interviews with the media in which Tomorrow Energy or the Business Opportunity are discussed. If an Advocate is contacted by the media about Tomorrow Energy, the Company, any Company Product, or the Business Opportunity, the Advocate should promptly direct the inquiry to the Company. In communicating with the media about an Advocate’s independent business, the Advocate may only talk about his or her own activities and business and may not speak on behalf of Tomorrow Energy or present themselves as a spokesperson for Tomorrow Energy. If media contact is made to an Advocate, the Advocate shall immediately notify xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
