Public Image Clause Samples

The Public Image clause governs how a party's name, likeness, or reputation may be used in connection with the agreement. Typically, it restricts one or both parties from making public statements, endorsements, or using the other party's branding without prior written consent. This clause helps protect each party's reputation and brand integrity by preventing unauthorized or potentially damaging public associations.
