Corporate Staff definition

Corporate Staff means the following of the Corporate Management’s staff activities: accounting and economics, tax, information technology, internal and external information, health/safety/environment, finance, insurance, internal audit and human resources/organization
Corporate Staff means the staff of the Corporation of the City of Windsor authorized to exercise the rights and perform the duties of the Corporation under this Agreement.
Corporate Staff means certain Participants located at the corporate office that supports the Company.

  • The Risk Management Committee shall exercise control over these activities pursuant to the internal rules of risk management, and shall monitor them in cooperation with the Audit & Supervisory Board Members, the Internal Auditing Department and the Corporate Staff Group which is responsible for each risk.

More Definitions of Corporate Staff

Corporate Staff means the senior management employees, in each case, who qualify for bonuses in "Category 3" or above under the Bonus Plan or equivalent under any successor or substitute bonus plan or policy.
Corporate Staff means the officers of the Company and other regular full-time Central or Regional employees as defined in the Company’s Employee Handbook, who qualify for a bonus under the Bonus Plan at or above a threshold specified from time to time by the Committee.
