Common use of Meal Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Meal Reimbursement. Bus drivers shall be reimbursed for meals while on trips of more than four (4) hours as follows: 2009-10 2010-11 2011-12 Breakfast: (5:00 – 11:00 a.m.) $ 7.50 $ 8.00 $ 8.50 Lunch (11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) $ 7.50 $ 8.00 $ 8.50 Dinner (4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.) $10.00 $10.50 $11.00 Receipts for reimbursement must be provided and the food purchased must be purchased during the time specified.
