Maximum Accumulation. Such sick leave as provided in Section 18.2 (Sick Leave Accrual), when not used, shall be cumulative; but the accumulated unused period of sick leave shall not exceed two hundred (200) working days, regardless of the length of service. When the maximum of two hundred (200) working days has been reached, and thereafter part of said maximum has been used, the used part of said maximum may subsequently be replenished at the applicable rate provided in Section 18.2 (Sick Leave Accrual).
