Common use of Maximum Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Maximum Accumulation. The intention of vacation is to permit the operator to rejuvenate from their work schedule. Therefore, substantial accumulation of vacation is strongly discouraged. Accumulation of vacation shall not exceed a maximum of two hundred and forty (240) hours for employees with less than ten (10) years of service and three hundred and sixty (360) hours for employees with ten (10) or more years of service.
