Mandatory Employer/Employee Matching Contributions. Effective September 1, 2022, the Employer shall deduct from each eligible employee an amount equal to one (1%) percent of the employee’s gross wages as a mandatory employee contribution to the Plan. On behalf of each eligible, the Employer shall contribute an amount equal to one (1%) percent of the employee’s gross wages as a mandatory matching contribution to the Plan. These contributions shall be remitted to the applicable CLAC Remittance Team.

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.
