MANAGERIAL. Contractor shall furnish: management; training; supervision; manpower; uniforms; badges; caps for special occasions; a wireless intra-building communication equipment capable of communicating from and to any point within the radius of the Owner's properties; equipment, including time clocks and cards; and supplies in order to provide the required protection services demanded, and replacement or substitute equipment and manpower to maintain full services at all times.

MANAGERIAL. TRANSPORTATION Department vehicles are working tools required by managers to perform the duties of their job assignment and are not a part of compensation, an inducement to employment, or a means of transportation from home to the work place. Managers are not required to use their own personal vehicles to execute their assigned duties. Only managers whose positions or duties are described in this Article will be authorized by Assistant General Manager and Executive Assistants to the General Manager, with the concurrence of the General Manager, to use Department vehicles for Department business regularly during other than normal working hours:

MANAGERIAL. The Union acknowledges that it is the function of the Commission, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to hire, promote, demote, transfer employees, and also the right of the Commission to discipline or discharge any employee for just cause, provided that such action may be the subject of a grievance, and dealt with as provided elsewhere in this Agreement. The Union further recognizes the right of the Commission to operate and manage its business in accordance with its commitments and responsibilities and the Commission agrees that it will not exercise this right in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. The Commission shall have the right from time to time to make or alter rules and regulations which in its discretion are deemed necessary for the safe, continuous and efficient operation of the utilities services entrusted to its care, provided that no such rule or regulation shall be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. During the term of this agreement the Union agrees that there shall be no strikes and the Commission agrees that there shall be no lockouts.
MANAGERIAL. Parents of both clubs shall be made aware upon or prior to registration of the operational policies and procedures of both clubs highlighting differences where necessary and distinguishable (ie.. THIS DOCUMENT). • Both team managers and coaches agree to maintain ability requirements for eligibility into each of the advertised practice programs in close relationship to those required by the other team for the purpose of maintaining cohesive practice groups and a productive training environment. • Members of each club shall support and promote one another in the best interest and goals of each specific swimmer in an interest to keep both clubs operating at maximum capacity. Derogatory remarks and “badmouthing” of either team/program, individual swimmers or coaches shall be reported to the team managers of each program immediately. • Any and all practice issues to be communicated immediately to managers of both clubs (CC: Xxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx) following practice. • Each team has their own identity which includes T-shirts, suits, caps, backpacks, etc… • Managers of both clubs shall share complete team rosters with one another, (names and program level), and supply periodic updates as necessary. Any additional information, if needed, will be made available to the appropriate club manger upon request. • Contacting swimmers from the other club is to be done only in event of practice emergency. • Each team will adopt behavioral and disciplinary policies and procedures of one another regarding the safe and productive organization and management of practice sessions. • TRANSFERRING from one program to another may be done at any point in the season. Parents agree to make current coaches and Team Managers aware of the reasons for transfer request PRIOR to contacting the coach and manager of the other program. Coaches and Managers agree to facilitate all transfers in a professional manner with best interest of the swimmer as a priority. Transfers will not be approved or processed until verification that all required team fees have been paid to the previous team.   • Senior Management If a Dispute occurs that the senior representatives of the Parties responsible for the transaction contemplated by this Agreement have been unable to settle or agree upon within a period of fifteen (15) days after such Dispute arose, Sellers shall nominate and commit one of Panther’s senior officers, and Buyer shall nominate and commit one of its senior officers, to meet at a mutually agreed time and place not later than thirty (30) days after the Dispute arose to attempt to resolve same. If such senior management have been unable to resolve such Dispute within a period of fifteen (15) days after such meeting, or if such meeting has not occurred within forty-five (45) days after such Dispute arose, then any Party shall have the right, by written notice to the other, to resolve the Dispute through the relevant Independent Expert pursuant to Section 16.03.

  • Oversight The Licensing Officer shall oversee the quality of the services provided by the Licensee and the reasonableness of the prices charged. The Licensing Officer may advise the Licensee from time to time of any source of dissatisfaction and request correction.
