Management of Network Sample Clauses

Management of Network. Customer agrees that I&T has sole responsibility for management of the customer’s network and devices for the duration of this agreement. As such I&T will retain exclusive rights to and use of all administrative access to assure the integrity of the network and devices. In the event the customer, or a third party on behalf of the customer, make any changes without express permission from I&T, any needed repairs will be fully billable. Management of Network. Osage Broadband reserves the right to manage its network for the greatest benefit of the greatest number of subscribers including, without limitation, the following: rate limiting, rejection or removal of “spam” or otherwise unsolicited bulk email, anti-virus mechanisms, traffic prioritization, and protocol filtering. You expressly accept that such action on the part of Osage Broadband may affect the performance of the Service. Osage Broadband reserves the right to enforce limits on specific features of the Service including, without limitation, email storage (including deletion of dormant or unchecked email) and web hosting maximums. Related to Management of Network

  • Out-of-Network Services We Cover the services of Non-Participating Providers. See the Schedule of Benefits section of this Contract for the Non-Participating Provider services that are Covered. In any case where benefits are limited to a certain number of days or visits, such limits apply in the aggregate to in-network and out-of-network services.

  • Out of Network Covered for Medical Base Plan with $600 deductible and 70% coinsurance up to the annual out-of-pocket maximum. Pre-arranged services while outside the area are covered as if in-network.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.
