Bulk Email Clause Samples
The Bulk Email clause regulates the sending of large volumes of email messages, typically for marketing or informational purposes, by one party under the agreement. It often sets requirements such as obtaining prior consent, complying with anti-spam laws, and including opt-out mechanisms for recipients. This clause helps prevent misuse of email systems, protects recipients from unsolicited messages, and ensures that bulk communications are conducted in a lawful and respectful manner.
