Management of GCHA’s Activities and Scope of Authority. No District shall have any independent authority to: (a) direct the management of the Alliance or JOB’s activities, nor to (b) bind or to act for or to assume any obligations or responsibilities on behalf of any other District, the Alliance or the JOB. Neither the Alliance, nor the JOB shall have any authority to bind or act for or to assume any obligations or responsibilities on behalf of any District.

Management of GCHA’s Activities and Scope of Authority. The Districts agree that the day-to-day management of GCHA’s activities and supervision of its agents shall be under the control of the GCHA Joint Operating Board. No District shall have any independent authority to direct the management of GCHA’s activities. No District shall have any authority to bind or to act for or to assume any obligations or responsibilities on behalf of any other District or GCHA nor shall the GCHA Joint Operating Board have any authority to bind or act for or to assume any obligations or responsibilities on behalf of any District.

  • Scope of Authority Committee meetings will be used for communications between the parties, to share information and to address concerns. The committee will have no authority to conduct any negotiations or modify any provision of this Agreement. The committee’s activities and discussions will not be subject to the grievance procedure in Article 30.

  • AGREEMENT OFFICIALS AND DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY ‌ The following are authorized to subscribe to and file this Agreement and any accompanying materials and any subsequent modifications to this Agreement with the Federal Maritime Commission:

  • Delegation of Authority The General Partner may delegate any or all of its powers, rights and obligations hereunder, and may appoint, employ, contract or otherwise deal with any Person for the transaction of the business of the Partnership, which Person may, under supervision of the General Partner, perform any acts or services for the Partnership as the General Partner may approve.

  • Responsibilities of Covered Entity With regard to the use and/or disclosure of PHI by the Business Associate, Covered Entity hereby agrees:
