Delegation of Authority definition

Delegation of Authority means whenever a provision appears requiring an officer of the City to do some act or make certain inspections, it is to be construed to authorize the officer to designate, delegate and authorize subordinates to perform the required act or make the required inspection unless the terms of the provision or section designate otherwise.
Delegation of Authority is defined in Section 2.9.
Delegation of Authority means that certain Delegation of Authority, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J.

Delegation of Authority or “DoA” – means the corporate instrument that sets out the decision-making responsibilities, authority levels and segregation of duties within GGGI, as the same may be amended from time to time.
