MAINTENANCE PROJECTS. Maintenance projects will be determined based on the prioritized lists developed through the quarterly facility inspections. City of Palm Desert staff will inform the contractor when a maintenance project may be initiated. 4.1 No work will be initiated without an approved City of Palm Desert Work Order. 4.2 City of Palm Desert staff will hold a meeting with the Contractor to finalize the scope and cost of the project. 4.3 The Contractor will provide an estimated timeline for project milestones and completion.
MAINTENANCE PROJECTS. Facilities-related projects to make improvements or respond to maintenance concerns may need to be completed when rooms are occupied. In some cases, Residents may need to be temporarily or permanently relocated. Relocation due to facilities-related issues is not grounds to be released from this Agreement or reimbursed for moving or other expenses.
MAINTENANCE PROJECTS. $1.00 per hour additional for all hours worked on approved maintenance projects by Custodial employees. If a Custodial/Maintenance employee is assigned by the District Project Manager to perform a construction project which is beyond the scope of work performed by the Custodial/Maintenance Department, the employee assigned will receive one dollar ($1.00) per hour above his/her regular rate. The Project Manager will determine whether the project qualifies and who is qualified to perform the work. If necessary, a substitute may be hired to perform the regular work of the assigned employee.
MAINTENANCE PROJECTS. Management Firm shall develop specifications, negotiate, acquire bids and execute contracts for routine maintenance projects on behalf of the Association, for such services the Board of Directors may deem necessary. All requests of contractors shall be channeled through the manager for evaluation and presented to the board for approval.
MAINTENANCE PROJECTS. Costs of improvements to maintain capacity, such as replacement of a Regional Interceptor or WPCP treatment unit, where the cost is not covered by the replacement fund, must be shared by the affected. Parties in accordance with their flow and loading allocations as provided in section 5.1.
