MAINTENANCE PROJECTS. Facilities-related projects to make improvements or respond to maintenance concerns may need to be completed when rooms are occupied. In some cases, Residents may need to be temporarily or permanently relocated. Relocation due to facilities-related issues is not grounds to be released from this Agreement or reimbursed for moving or other expenses.
