Maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant. ‌ At the commencement of the Operational Phase, the PPP company shall have completed implementation of a maintenance and reporting system for follow-up on the task to be solved. In general, this means that a maintenance plan must be provided applicable to the entire term of the Agreement and describing scheduled maintenance and replacements. The maintenance plan is subject to the Contracting Authority’s approval and shall be updated on an ongoing basis. The maintenance includes all components and pipes installed in connection with the construction of the wastewater treatment plant. In the event of faults in the wastewater treatment plant, a response time of max. 2 hours for commencement of fault detection shall be guaranteed. The maintenance shall be subdivided into: • Remedying maintenance. • Preventive maintenance. • Corrective maintenance.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice.   • Information regarding Interconnection Facilities 4.2.1 The SPD shall be required to obtain all information from the STU/CTU/concerned authority with regard to the Interconnection Facilities as is reasonably necessary to enable it to design, install and operate all interconnection plant and apparatus on the SPD’s side of the Delivery Point to enable delivery of electricity at the Delivery Point. The transmission of power up to the point of interconnection where the metering is done for energy accounting shall be the responsibility of the SPD at his own cost.
