Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by Registrar. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, ICANN requirements, and Verisign requirements, including, without limitation, those authorized by ICANN, Verisign shall maintain the registrations of Registered Names sponsored by Registrar in the System during the term for which Registrar has paid the fees required by Subsection 5.1.
Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by Registrar. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, ICANN requirements, and PIR requirements authorized by ICANN, PIR shall maintain the registrations of Registered Name Bundles sponsored by Registrar in the Registry System during the term for which Registrar has paid the fees required by Subsection 4.1.
Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by Registrar. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, ICANN Requirements and the Registry Policies we shall maintain the registrations of the Registered Names sponsored by You in the Registry System during the Registration Period provided that You have paid all the relevant Fees. You are required to be in good standing with us at all times. Unless Parties agree otherwise in writing, if You fail to pay the Fees within 30 calendar days of receiving notice from us, we reserve the right to take action against You, including but not limited to, suspending and/or deleting the relevant domain name(s).
Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by Registrar. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, ICANN requirements, and Vox Populi requirements, including, without limitation, those authorized by ICANN, Vox Populi shall maintain the registrations of Registered Names sponsored by Registrar in the System during the term for which Registrar has paid the fees required under this Agreement.
Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by Registrar. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, and requirements under the usTLD Agreement, usTLD Administrator shall maintain the registrations of Registered Names sponsored by Registrar in the usTLD System so long as Registrar has paid the Fees required by Subsection 4.1 below and this Agreement remains in effect.
Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by Registrar. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, and requirements under the xxxx.xx Agreement, xxxx.xx Administrator shall maintain the registrations of Registered Names sponsored by Registrar in the xxxx.xx System so long as Registrar has paid the Fees required by Subsection 4.1 below and this Agreement remains in effect.
Maintenance of Registrations Sponsored by Registrar. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, NeuStar shall facilitate CNNIC’s maintenance of the registrations of Registered Names sponsored by Registrar in the .cn TLD System so long as Registrar has paid the Fees required by Subsection 4.1 below and this Agreement remains in effect.
