Changes to System. PIR may from time to time replace or make modifications to the EPP, APIs, or Software or other materials licensed hereunder that will modify, revise or augment the features of the Registry System. PIR will provide Registrar with at least ninety days notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the EPP, APIs, Software or other materials licensed hereunder.
Changes to System. Registry Operator may from time to time make modifications to the EPP, APIs, or other software licensed hereunder that will revise or augment the features of the Registry System. Registry Operator will provide Registrar with at least ninety (90) days notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the EPP, APIs or software licensed hereunder.
Changes to System. Afilias may from time to time replace or make modifications to the EPP, APIs, or Software or other materials licensed hereunder that will modify, revise or augment the features of the Registry System. Afilias will provide Registrar with at least ninety days notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the EPP, APIs, Software or other materials licensed hereunder.
Changes to System. In the event Registry Operator or RSP make any modifications to the Supported Protocol and/or APIs, Registrar will be provided with updated APIs to the Supported Protocol with documentation and updated Software promptly as such updates become available.
Changes to System. Registry Operator may from time to time make modifications to the RRP, APIs, or other software licensed hereunder that will modify, revise or augment the features of the Registry System. Registry Operator will provide Registrar with at least ninety days notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the RRP, APIs or software licensed hereunder. This notice period shall not apply in the event Registry Operator's system is subject to the imminent threat of failure or a material security threat, or there is the discovery of a major security vulnerability or a Denial of Service (DoS) attack where the Registry Operator's systems are rendered inaccessible by being subject to (i) excessive levels of data traffic, (ii) unauthorized traffic, or (iii) data traffic not conforming to the protocols used by the Registry Operator's system.
Changes to System. NicProxy may from time to time replace or make modifications to the APIs, web interface, Software or other materials licensed hereunder that will modify, revise or augment the features of Registrar System.
Changes to System. GNR may from time to time replace or make modifications to the EPP, APls, or Software or other materials licensed hereunder that will modify, revise or augment the features of the Registry System. GNR will provide Registrar with at least ninety days notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the EPP, APls, Software or other materials licensed hereunder.
Changes to System. RNTD may from time to time replace or make modifications to the EPP, APIs, or Software or other materials licensed hereunder that will modify, revise or augment the features of the Registry System. RNTD will provide Registrar with at least ninety (90) days notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the EPP, APIs, Software or other materials licensed hereunder. In the case of administrative or other non-material changes, RNTD shall provide Registrar with at least forty-eight (48) hours prior notice. In the case of emergency changes, including without limitation changes made in direct response to the detection of a material security vulnerability, an imminent material failure, significant degradation of the Registry System or other emergency, notice periods will not apply.
Changes to System. DotAsia (or its agents or licensors) may from time to time make modifications to the EPP, APIs, or other software, materials or documentation licensed hereunder that may modify, revise, diminish or augment the features of the Registry System. DotAsia will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Registrar with at least ninety days’ notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the EPP, APIs or software licensed hereunder, but it cannot guarantee that such a ninety-day (90) period will be always feasible. Changes such as new features added to the EPP and API which do not render the immediate older version of which described in the Registrar Tool Kit unusable is not considered to be a material change, even though these new features may not be provisioned to use the immediate older version. Engineering and Customer Service Support. DotAsia shall provide Registrar with engineering and customer service support as set forth below: Engineering Support. DotAsia agrees to provide Registrar with reasonable support to address engineering issues arising in connection with Registrar’s use of the Registry System.
Changes to System. Registry Operator and /or CentralNic may from time to time replace or make modifications to the EPP, APIs, or Software or other materials licensed hereunder that will modify, revise or augment the features of the Registry System. Registry Operator and or CentralNic will provide Registrar with at least thirty (30) days notice prior to the implementation of any material changes to the Registry System, unless it is a change to EPP or requires implementation by Registrar in which case CentralNic and or Registry will provide Registrar with ninety (90) days prior notice. Registry will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Registrar with advance notice of any non- material changes. These notice periods shall not apply in the event Registry System is subject to the imminent threat of a failure or a material security threat, immediate implementation of ICANN temporary policies, or the discovery of a major security vulnerability or a denial of service (DoS) attack where the Registry System is rendered inaccessible by being subject to (i) excessive levels of data traffic, (ii) unauthorized traffic; and/or (iii) data traffic not conforming to the protocols used by the Registry System, but Registry will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice as soon as practicable.
