Maintenance of Effort for SAPT Block Grant. 1. Notwithstanding any other provision in this contract, the Director may reduce federal funding allocations, on a dollar-for-dollar basis, to a county that has a reduced or anticipates reduced expenditures in a way that would result in a decrease in the federal Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant funds (42 U.S.C. Sect 300x-30).
