Common use of Maintenance Expenses Deposit Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Expenses Deposit. An amount equal to Rs. 24/- (Rupees twenty-four) per Square Feet of the Unit Area towards initial Maintenance Expenses for six months/one year. The Developer will hand over the remainder of this Deposit, if any, to the Association upon its formation.
