Common use of Maintenance, Etc Clause in Contracts

Maintenance, Etc. The Company will maintain, preserve and keep all Collateral and all other property used or useful in the conduct of its business in good repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted, in compliance with all applicable laws, and from time to time will, as determined in the reasonable judgment of the Company, make all necessary repairs, replacements, renewals and additions thereto needed to enable the business and operations carried on in connection therewith to be promptly and advantageously conducted at all times.

Maintenance, Etc. The Company will maintain, preserve and keep keep, or cause to be maintained, preserved and kept, all Collateral and all other property Properties which are used or useful in the conduct of the business of the Company and its business Restricted Subsidiaries (whether owned in fee or a leasehold interest) in good repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted, in compliance with all applicable laws, order and from time to time will, as determined in the reasonable judgment of the Company, will make all necessary repairs, replacements, renewals and additions thereto needed to enable the business and operations carried on in connection therewith to be promptly and advantageously conducted so that at all timestimes the efficiency thereof shall be maintained.
