Maintenance and Monitoring. a. Qualified personnel shall maintain each computer as necessary. If an employee discovers a problem with a computer or accessory, he or she shall report it immediately. The necessary repairs and/or adjustments shall be made to correct the problem in a timely manner. Computer maintenance records shall be available to the Union upon reasonable for all equipment used by unit members.
