Luncheons. Three (3) hours minimum. A Food Server shall not be required to serve more than thirty (30) customers and for each additional person shall receive fifty cents (50¢) in addition to his/her regular wages. (c) Dinners: Four (4) hours minimum. A Food Server shall not be required to serve more than thirty (30) customers and for each additional person shall receive sixty cents (600) in addition to his/her regular wages. (d) Buffets: 1. Breakfasts: Two (2) hours minimum. 2. Luncheons: Three (3) hours minimum. 3. Dinners: Four (4) hours minimum. A buffet is a regular meal (breakfast, luncheon or dinner) where guests are served or serve themselves from a display of foods; provided, however, that for purposes of this Article, a buffet shall not be deemed to include buffets, cocktail buffets or other meals offered regularly to the public and served by regular employees.   • Lodging Board members should request conference rate or mid-fare room accommodations. A single room rate will be reimbursed. Board members should pay personal expenses at checkout. If that is impossible, deductions for the charges should be made on the expense form.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract. Permitted expenses will be reimbursed at the rate paid by the State and in accordance with the Budget Agency’s Financial Management Circular – Travel Policies and Procedures in effect at the time the expenditure is made. Out-of-state travel requests must be reviewed by the State for availability of funds and for conformance with Circular guidelines.

  • Entertainment Costs of entertainment, including amusement, diversion, and social activities, and any costs directly associated with such activities (such as tickets to shows or sports events, meals, lodging, rentals, transportation, and gratuities) are unallowable.

  • Dues During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay or promptly reimburse Executive for annual dues for membership in professional organizations, to the extent that such dues are for the purpose of Executive maintaining continuing educational requirements and/or professional licenses directly related to the position in which Executive is employed.

  • Memberships The Company will reimburse the Employee for one professional membership which has a business related purpose and is approved by the Company.

  • Car 7.1 You will be provided you with a car of suitable age, make, model and specification during the continuance of your employment in accordance with the policy laid down by the Company from time to time and the Company shall pay all standing and running costs relating to it (including the cost of fuel for private mileage) but not any taxable benefit arising. You shall comply with all rules laid down by the Company in relation to Company vehicles, notify the Company immediately of any accident involving your car and of any charge brought against you for a motoring offence and, unless otherwise agreed, shall return the car to your place of work forthwith on termination of your employment.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Business Expenses; Memberships The Employer specifically agrees to reimburse the Executive for:
