Lunch and Break Periods. 4.3.1 All employees working six (6) hours or more shall be entitled to an uninterrupted lunch period. The length of time for such lunch period shall be a period of not less than thirty (30) minutes and shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about the midpoint of each work shift.
