Lunch and Break Periods. 1. Employees who work 5.5 hours or more per day shall have an unpaid duty-free lunch period of thirty (30) minutes. Those employees working more than 4 hours per day but less than 5.5 hours per day may be scheduled an unpaid duty- free lunch period of thirty (30) minutes at the discretion of their supervisor. Employees who work four (4) or less hours per day shall not receive a lunch period.
