LOYAL AND CONSCIENTIOUS SERVICE. During the Term of this Agreement, Employee shall devote his full business time, interest, abilities and energies to the Company and use his best efforts, skills and abilities to promote the general welfare and interest of the Company and to preserve, maintain and enhance its business and business relationships with its customers and employees.
