Common use of Loss of Electrical Power Clause in Contracts

Loss of Electrical Power. The Service will not operate if the Service or for other Service-enabling equipment has lost electrical power. After a power outage, End User may need to reset or reconfigure enabling equipment or devices before being able to use the Service.
