GRILLS. Individually owned grills, smokers, hibachis, and other outside cooking appliances may not be used or stored on the premises.

GRILLS. Fire code dictates there are to be no grills on any decks, near siding and/ or under the home. Tenant should not assume grills are present, functional, or permitted at any Property. If a grill is present and functional, Tenant is responsible for grilling tools, gas tanks, charcoal/lighter fluid and assumes full responsibility for any damages to the grill or resulting from use of a grill. Xxxxxx is responsible to thoroughly clean grills during stay and upon departure.
GRILLS. A Propane Grill is provided at the Rental Home. Use of any other cooking device outdoors is strictly prohibited.

If we find a grill on the property, it will be removed automatically, without notice, and all costs associated with its disposal shall be charged to the Resident. All vehicles parked in these areas will be towed and the cost of towing will be the car owner’s responsibility. Most houses have some assigned parking spaces. These spaces are assigned during move-in and will be included in your Resident Handbook. Additional parking might be found on the street. If your street is Permit Parking Only, contact the City of Charlottesville for details about obtaining a permit for your vehicle. If someone is parked in your assigned parking space, please do not call CBS Rentals. It is the tenant’s responsibility to have the vehicle towed. (We normally use Xxxxxxx’x Towing Service – 295- 4941, but there are other companies available in our area.)
GRILLS. Because of potential damage, grills are not allowed anywhere within the building, hallways, patios, or on covered decks or porches. We’ll tell you where on the grounds of the Property grills may be safely used.
GRILLS. TENANT may use SMALL (boat sized) propane and electric grills on boats and docks, but no Charcoal grills, oil lamps, or fires will be permitted.
