Location of Place of Business. All places of business of Debtor, including the identification of the principal place of business of Debtor, and the address(es) at which the Collateral is (are) located at, is indicated on Schedule 5(e) hereto. Debtor shall not, without at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Secured Party, relocate such principal place of business or the Collateral, with no relocation being permitted outside the United States in any event.
